The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate <br /> the soil conditions on the site. The proposed work will be performed for the purpose of <br /> due diligence relating to a possible property transfer, and is not being carried out to meet <br /> the requirements of any regulatory agency. <br /> This work plan includes a brief discussion of proposed scope of work and schedule <br /> Field and laboratory procedures are presented as Attachment A <br /> PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The scope of work proposed for this assessment includes the sampling 01'tour <br /> exploratory soil borintys at the subject site (Figure 1). The borings (SB-1 through SB-4) <br /> will be drilled to depths urapproximately twenty feet below ground Surface (bgs).
