The purpose of this _ <br /> investigation was to evaluate the property-for the possibility of hydrocarbon contamination- <br /> before ARCO purchases the property.and. constructs station facilities. As part of this- <br /> investigation, Applied GeoSystems performed a soil-vapor-survey, observed the-drilling of <br /> four soil borings and installation of three ground-water monitoring wells, collected and -- <br /> analyzed selected soil and groundwater samples from the borings and monitoring wells, and- <br /> surveyed the monitoring wells for gradient evaluation. This report summarizes the previous <br /> work known to us; describes the current work, methods of analyses used=, and analytical <br /> results obtained; and presents our -interpretations-of the data collected-.- <br />
