Report on Soil and Ground-Water Evaluation = September 11, 1989 <br /> Proposed ARCO Station, Woodbridge, California AGS 39044-1 <br /> located on the east side of the property where the soil vapor survey showed the only <br /> detectable hydrocarbons in the soil gas ---.-. -_ _-_ <br /> Permits for performing this investigation and monitoring well construction were obtained <br /> from the San Joaquin Local Health District (SJLHD) prior to commencing-work. <br /> Underground Services Alert was contacted prior to drilling to delineate the locations of <br /> underground utilities near the proposed well-locations. - - <br /> Site Health. and Safety _- <br /> Field work performed by Applied GeoSystems on behalf of ARCO at. the work site was <br /> conducted in accordance with Applied GeoSystems'-Site Safety- Plan No. 39044-1S, dated <br /> June 8, 1989, which describes the basic- safety requirements for the subsurface <br /> environmental investigation and the drilling of soil borings at the work site. The Site Safety <br /> Plan is applicable to-personnel of Applied GeoSystems and to subcontractors of Applied <br /> GeoSystems. Personnel scheduled to work at the site were briefed on the contents of the <br /> Site Safety Plan before work began.. _A-copy of the Site Safety_Plan was kept at the work <br /> site and was available for reference by appropriate parties. The staff geologist of Applied <br /> GeoSystems was the Site Safety_Officer. <br /> 6- <br /> Applied GeoSystems <br />
