The depth to water <br /> w <br /> was measured in each well to the nearest 0.01 foot with a Solinst electric water-level <br /> indicator. To show the water elevation in relation to mean sea level (MSL), an arbitrary <br /> MSL elevation of 40 feet was chosen for the well casing with the highest measured <br /> elevation. This corresponds to the approximate MSL elevation of the site as shown on <br /> the topographic map.
