E. Prepare a deed in accordance with said survey and <br /> provide same to Escrow to be held for execution by <br /> Seller prior to closing hereunder. <br /> 6. Buyer shall not be obliged to close until : <br /> A. Buyer has received all of the permits . Buyer ' s survey conforms to the lot dimensions, <br /> area and highway frontages of said Realty as <br /> described herein. <br /> F. All subdivision requirements , including those <br /> which may be required by Buyer, have been met. <br /> G. Buyer has received evidence of settlement of any <br /> litigation threatened or begun adversely affecting <br /> Buyer' s plans for said Realty. <br /> 7 .
