Since the <br /> 1 I January letter,a meeting has been scheduled for Monday,28 February 2005,beginning at <br /> 10:00 a.m.at the Regional Board's office in Rancho Cordova. Our 11 January letter stated that a <br /> due date for the work plan would be determined at the meeting. Based on the timing of the <br /> meeting, it is no longer appropriate to wait for the scheduled meeting to determine a due date for <br /> the work plan. <br /> Therefore,by 25 February 2005,please submit a work plan to install soil vapor monitoring <br /> points and propose a monitoring program for baseline and continued monitoring of these and <br /> other points to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed soil vapor extraction system. These <br /> data must be collected and concurred with by Regional Board staff prior to start of the proposed <br /> soil vapor extraction system. Additional data also are needed to.complete a human health risk <br /> assessment gRiR.A)for the Delta View Apartments.
