The Subject Property lies within Manteca city limits'. Improvements <br /> on the Subject Property include: one single-story 86,840-square foot light industrial/commercial <br /> building, one single-story 91,109-square foot light industrial/commercial building, and asphalt-paved <br /> parking areas on the southern part of the parcel. The northern part of the parcel consists of graded <br /> undeveloped land. <br /> After reviewing the information, it was determined Subject Property was developed as a magnesium <br /> processing plant. In the early 1940s, the U.S. Government constructed initial site improvements, <br /> including two large industrial/warehouse buildings, a number of outbuildings, a rail spur, and a large <br /> tailings pond.
