The work plan was prepared <br /> as required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS-EHD)by letter dated 19 July 2001. <br /> The ground water investigation is required to assess ground water for tetrachloroethene(PCE)which <br /> was encountered in shallow soil samples collected during abandonment of a waste oil product line <br /> at the site. <br /> Upon approval of the work plan, AGE will submit a site-specific Health and Safety Plan, boring <br /> permit and permit fee.
