(AGE) has prepared the enclosed report of wells <br /> . located \\,]thin 2,000 feet of the site located at 7505 West Linne Road, Tracy, California. <br /> AGE has prepared a water well survey for the site. The scope of the work included the <br /> reconnaissance for visible potential receptors (address and location),, a review of files and records <br /> available from the San Joaquin County Public Health Service - Envir-onnnenlal 'Health Division (PHS- <br /> EHD), Department of Water Resources (MVIZ) and City of Tracy -Public Works Department <br /> (CTPWD) and San Joaquin County Public Works Department (.SJCOPNVD). <br /> A \Nell survey.vas performed to identify city, domestic, irrigation or monitoring e=ater wells located <br /> within a 2.000-foot radius of the subject site.
