However,some wells were obscured <br /> or may have served two or more location on a parcel. <br /> • A drinking water wells of concern was located a the Jefferson Elementary School, which also <br /> provides water for two additional dwellings near the school. Other drinking water wells were <br /> located at or near the roadways surrounding the site and within viewing distance. <br /> Additionally, water wells were the general source of local drinking water. Adjacent properties <br /> have water wells as their water source. <br /> The majority of the wells located were reflected on well logs deposited at the DWR. A <br /> summary of the well logs is included in Table 1. A map of general well locations is depicted <br /> in Figure 1. <br /> • The major source of surface and agricultural water in the area is supplied by the Carbona <br /> Irrigation District. The wells which supplement the water district appear to be located outside <br /> the search area. <br /> The opportunity to prepare this report is greatly appreciated.
