According to the contractor, the well casing was completely ' <br /> removed and was included in the Class II waste soil stockpile. The removed PVC <br /> casing and screen were crushed by the heavy equipment during excavation activities. <br /> The Class II waste soil, including the well debris, was transported for disposal at ' <br /> Forward Landfill (a licensed Class Il landfill), which is located in Stockton, California. <br /> 3.0 SUMMARY , <br /> Destruction of well MW-6 was necessary to facilitate excavation activities. The , <br /> boundaries of the excavation extended beyond the northwestern property boundary <br /> toward the abandoned railroad ]me and encompassed the location of well MW-6.
