Keep daily workload and shop scheduling system current. <br />Communicate with shop supervisor to relay information necessary to develop accurate and competitive repair <br />quotes. <br />Other duties may be assigned. <br />EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE <br />High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or five years related experience and/or training; or <br />equivalent combination of education and experience. <br />LANGUAGE SKILLS <br />Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or <br />governmental regulations. Ability to write service reports. Ability to effectively present information and respond <br />to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. <br />MATHEMATICAL SKILLS <br />Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and <br />decimals. <br />REASONING ABILITY <br />Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited <br />standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule <br />form. <br />CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS <br />Must have a valid California driver's license class B or higher and a clear DMV driving record.
