A brief description of the aerial photographs is as follows:
14 Asst 1937(Photo No. ABD-40-12, Scale: 1"=6602 -Surveyors office
a
Subject property: The subject property is tilled farmland with a small pond (approximately 70 feet
diameter) in the southcentral portion.
Surrounding properties:The surrounding properties appear to be farmland or vacant land. The major
roadways, including Locke and Brandt Roads and the present Highway 88, appear to be in place.
13 September 1952 Photo No. ABD-2K-107 Scale: I"=6602 -Sury ors o ace
:l
Subject property: Eight buildings were observed in the northern half of the property; four of the
buildings are similar in shapes and locations to four of the present buildings on the property.
Immediately south of the buildings were three rectangular vacant fields; based on other historic
records of the property, these fields were probably evaporation ponds.
a
Surrounding properties:Surrounding properties are essentially unchanged;the property immediately
adjacent and west of the subject property appeared to be bare land. A railroad track appears to run
adjacent to and parallel to Locke Road.
03 June 1963 (Photo-No.. ABD 2CC 239; Scale.• 1"=6609 -Sury_aors office
Subject property: A large circular structure of about 35 feet diameter(water tank?) was observed
f adjacent to and east of the northernmost building. No additional changes were apparent.
a
I Surrounding properties:An elongated 100-by 700-foot building and eight smaller(30-by 130-foot)
buildings were observed on the property immediately west of the subject property, and about 20
elongated buildings and smaller structures were located immediately southwest of the property. The
remaining areas appeared unchanged.
''• 08 November 1975 (Photo Na. 5197-89, Scale: 1"=2.0002 Surveyors office
i
The property:There appeared to be an additional small square building east of the existing buildings,
j
whereas an elongated building on the western edge of the group of buildings has been removed.Five
approximately 100- by 400-foot rectangular-shaped fields (evaporation ponds?) were observed
directly south of the buildings.
3
S
i
Advanced GeoEnviroamental,Inc.
i
i
