SAN-BORN FIRE INSURANCE MAPS <br /> EDR-Sanborn Inc. (EDR) was contacted to perform a search of historical Sanborn Fire Insurance <br /> Maps for coverage-of the area containing the subject property.Fire insurance maps typically identify <br /> ` structures from a fire hazard point of view. In addition, these maps identify structures and <br /> improvements which may pose environmental concerns. <br /> Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps were not available for the subject property. <br /> 3.6. DEPARTMENT OF OIL AND GAS MAP <br /> The California Department of Oil and Gas(DOG)Map 611 and the EDR report(Appendix D)were <br /> examined to identify petroleum or gas wells located within a mile of the subject property. Two <br /> plugged and abandoned dry holes were identified(Figure 4): an Exxon dry hole that was drilled to <br /> a total depth of 3,920 feet in 1954 was identified approximately 1,500 feet southwest of the property; <br /> and a J. Paul Sievers dry hole drilled to a total depth of 4,244 feet in 1960 was identified <br /> approximately 4,000 feet north-northeast of the property. <br /> AGE believes that it is unlikely that the subject property has been impacted by gas field operations. <br /> '= 3.7. PRIOR AGRICULTURAL USE <br /> " The subject property was vacant land and possibly utilized for agricultural purposes up until 1946. <br /> Agricultural use of land creates some potential for soil and ground water on the site to have been., <br /> impacted by agricultural chemicals such as pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers. However, AGE <br /> observed no direct indications such as stressed vegetation or discoloration of the soil that the <br /> w� <br />
