The Discharger has purchased the Stockton Distillers Corporation facilities <br /> -.� (formerly Lockeford Winery) andro oses to <br /> t p produce alcohol from molasses for <br /> use in the production of gasohol <br /> 3. The facilities are located in the southwest 1%4 -of Section 36, TON, R7E, <br /> HIDB&M, one mile southwest of Lockeford. <br /> 4. Tae report Of waste discharge indicates a minimum flow of .06 MCD (2.6 1%sec <br /> :} <br /> and a maximum .367 MGD (16 1/sec) . ) <br /> 5. The Discharger proposes to operate 12 months a <br /> year and suspended solids stillage, cooling water, and washdwaterhtog27hacres <br /> igh `�D <br /> :y' (11 ha) of evaporation/percolation <br /> ponds, or checks. <br /> ;.I 6.
