The beneficial uses of the ground water are municipal, industrial, 'and <br /> agricultural supply. <br /> 13. The Board, on 25 July 1475, adopted a Water Quality Control Plan for the <br /> Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Basin (5B) which contains water quality <br /> objectives for all inland waters -cif the Basin. <br /> 1.4. The action to revise waste discharge requirments for this existing <br /> facility is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental <br /> Quality Act in accordance with Section 2715, Title 23, California <br /> Administrative Code. <br /> 15. The Board has notified the Discharger and interested agencies and persons <br /> Of its intent to prescribe waste discharge requirements for this discharge. <br /> J 16. The Board in a public meeting heard and considered all commentsertain <br /> to the discharge. p inn <br /> ` IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that Order No. 75--64 be rescinded and United States Gasoho <br /> Incorporated, in order to meet the. provisions contained -ir. Di:vision 7.. of the 1 <br /> CAI'ifo' is Water Code and regulations adopted thereunder, shall comply w'th the <br /> -. following: <br /> A. Discharge Prohibitions: <br /> 1. The direct discharge of wastes to surface craters or surface water <br /> drainage courses is prohibited. <br /> 2. The discharge of toxic or hazardous chemicals is prohibited. <br /> 3.. The by-pass or overflow of untreated 'or partially treated waste ' <br /> Is prohibited. <br /> 4. ' SAllage wastewater to land disposal .shall not exceed the following; <br /> May to October - .385 mgd (17 1/sec f, October. and November _ . 220 mgd <br /> {10 1/sec), December through April _ .131 (6 1/sec) . <br /> Discharge Specifications: <br /> 1. Neither the treatment nor the discharge shall cause a pollution or <br /> nuisance as defined by the California Water Code, Section 23050. <br /> 2.
