Collected screening, sludges, and other solids removed from liquid wastes shall be disposed of in a manner approved by the E;cecutive Officer. 5. Available usable land for disposal of stillage, coaling water and wash mater shall not be less than 27 aeras (11 ha). b. The dissolved oxygen content of holding ponds shall not be less than 1.0 mg/1 for 15 hours in any 24 hour period. G. Provisions: I. The Discharger may be required to submit technical or monitoring, reports as directed by the Executive Officer. v 2. The Discharger shall comply with Monitoring and Reporting Program No. 80-180 e, 3. The Discharger shall comply with the Standard Provisions and Reparti.ng .3 Requirements, dated 21 September 1979; which are a part of this {order. i 4'. The Discharger shall report promptly to the Board any material change orro osed change p P n,.,e in the character, location, or volume of the .dis- charge.. 5. In the event of any change in control or ownershi 'of land r waste discharge facilities presently owned •or, controlled by the Discharger, the Discharger shall notify the succeeding owner or operator of tiie existence of this Order by letter, a. copy of which shall- be forwarded to this office. b.
