On 10/21/97 an inspection was made by Donna Heran, Al Olsen, and Alan Biedermann. <br /> This inspection was made in response to complaint number C0009185. During this <br /> inspection it was determined that the property had further deteriorated since the last <br /> inspection of the premise by this Division. Photographs were taken (See Attached). The <br /> buildings in these photos show how several buildings have burned, several roof structures <br /> have collapsed and solid waste debris has been left on the property. Suspected asbestos <br /> appears to be evident in some of the structures in large amounts. The site of the <br /> underground tanks) cannot be confirmed but several documents indicate their existence <br /> and the possibility that they may still contain fuel oil.
