Page 13 of 27 <br /> systems, and sludge processes)or adversely affect the effluent and sludge quality, <br /> in violation of Manteca's NPDES pen-nit or any other State or Federal permit; or <br /> which cause Manteca to be in noncompliance with statutory.authorities cited in 40 <br /> CFR 403.3 (i)(2). <br /> 2. Damage the water pollution control system. <br /> 3. Cause pass through of the water pollution control system. <br /> 4. Obstruct Manteca's wastewater treatment or collection facilities. <br /> 5. Cause hazard to the public safety, the environment, or to Manteca personnel. <br /> 6. Singly,or in combination with waste present in the water pollution control <br /> system, exit the Manteca water pollution control system into waters of the United <br /> States and cause Manteca to violate any requirement of its NPDES permit or any <br /> other state, federal,or local permits or laws;including magnitude of the violation. <br /> E. Other Prohibitions <br /> No person shall discharge any pollutant(s), waste, industrial or domestic, to the water <br /> pollution control system, except through sewer connections approved by Manteca and the <br /> relevant member jurisdiction or at approved discharge locations at the Manteca <br /> treatments works. Discharge at any other location, including collection system manholes, <br /> is.prohibited without prior written approval from the Director of Public Works. <br /> F. Storm Drainage and Groundwater-Prohibition <br /> Storm water,groundwater, street drainage, subsurface drainage, or yard drainage shall <br /> not be discharged,either directly or indirectly, to the water pollution control_system. If <br /> such discharge ispecessary, the City of Manteca Director of Public Works may approve <br /> an application for temporary discharge of such substances in the event no alternate <br /> method of disposal is reasonably available. Application for discharge of storin water, <br /> groundwater,street drainage, subsurface drainage,or yard drainage shall be made to the <br /> Director of Public Works in writing and must be approved by the Director of Public <br /> Works prior to discharge to the water pollution control system. Such discharges shall be <br /> subject to all applicable requirements of the Waste Ordinance and any applicable fees of <br /> the City of Manteca. <br /> G. Unpolluted Water Prohibition <br /> Unpolluted water, such as single-pass cooling water,boiler blow-down water, and <br /> swimming pool water, shall not be discharged, either directly or indirectly, to the water <br /> pollution control system. If such discharge is necessary,the City of Manteca Director of <br /> Public Works may approve an application for temporary discharge of such substances in <br /> Permit No. 05-3 <br /> Cardoza Enterprises <br />
