Any discharge of any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants (BOD, <br /> etc.),released at a flow rate and/or concentration which either singly or by <br /> interaction with other pollutants will cause interference with the water pollution <br /> control system. <br /> 11. Any discharge waters having an average daily flow greater than 0.5 percent of <br /> Manteca's average diy weather flow(ADWF), without the approval of the <br /> Director of Public Works. <br /> 12. Any discharge containing.petroleum oil,non-biodegradable cutting oil, or <br /> products of mineral oil origin in amounts that, alone or in conjunction with other <br /> discharges,will cause interference or pass through. <br /> 13. Pollutants that will cause corrosive structural damage to the POTW,but in no case <br /> Discharges with a pH lower than 6.0,unless the works is specifically designed to <br /> accommodate such Discharges. <br /> 14. Any trucked or hauled pollutants, except at discharge points designated by the <br /> POTW: <br /> 15. Any solid material not capable of passing through.a 3/8 inch mesh screen. <br /> I. LIMITS <br /> Any exceedance or violation of these limits is considered to be a violation of this Permit <br /> and the Waste Ordinance and is enforceable by penalties. <br /> 1. Any discharge with a pH less than 6.0 or greater than or equal to 12.5. <br /> 2. Any discharge having a closed cup flashpoint of less than 140 degrees Fahrenheit <br /> (60 degrees Celsius) using test methods specified in 40 CFR 261.21. <br /> 3. 'The following table lists the maximum waste discharge concentration for the <br /> listed pollutants.
