To correct typographical or other errors in the permit. <br /> 9. To reflect transfer of the facility ownership and/or operation to a new owner/op erator. <br /> 10.Upon request of the peniiittee,provided such request does no create a violation of any <br /> applicable requirements, standards, laws, or rules and regulations. <br /> The filing of request by the permittee for a permit modification, revocation or <br /> reissuance, or termination;or a notification of planned changes or anticipated <br /> noncompliance, does not stay any permit condition. <br /> B. Permit Termination <br /> Any user who violates the following conditions of this chapter or applicable state and <br /> federal regulations, is subject to having their permit tenninated in accordance with <br /> Section 13.20.090 of the Manteca Municipal Code. <br /> 1. Falsifying self-nmonitoring,reports. <br /> 2. Tampering with monitoring equipment. <br /> 3. Refusing to allow reasonable and timely access to the facility premises and records. <br /> 4. Violating conditions of the permit. <br /> 5. Failure to meet effluent limitations. <br /> 6. Failure to pay fines. <br /> 7. Failure to pay sewer charges. <br /> 8. Failure to meet compliance schedules. <br /> 9. Failure to factually report the wastewater constituents and characteristics of their <br /> discharge. <br /> 10. Failure to report significant changes in operations,or wastewater constituents or <br /> characteristics. <br /> 11. Refusal of reasonable access to users premises for purpose of inspection of <br /> monitoring equipment. <br /> C. Permit Appeals <br /> The permittee may petition to appeal the terms of this permit within thirty(30)days of <br /> the notice. <br /> This petition must be in writing; failure to submit a petition for review shall be deemed to <br /> be a waiver of the appeal. In its petition, the permittee must indicate the permit <br /> provisions objected to, the reasons for this objection, and the alternative conditions, if <br /> any, it seeks to be placed in the permit. A decision on the permit terms shall follow the <br /> appeal procedures of Section 13.020.100 (b), (c) and(d) of the Waste Ordinance. Those <br /> permit provisions being reconsidered shall be stayed pending rerssuauce. <br /> The effectiveness of this permit shall not be stayed pending its reconsideration. <br /> Permit No. 05-3 <br /> Cardoza Enterprises <br />
