2. Off-Site Emergency Services. <br /> This Contingency Plan has been established,in part,to facilitate coordination and emergency planning with off-site response <br /> officials and facilities in the event of an emergency. <br /> Should an emergency occur which requires off-site assistance given its magnitude and limitations of on-site capability as <br /> determined by the EC in command,the EC will notify management and without delay immediately notify the appropriate <br /> agencies for the assistance required as listed below. Coordination has been arranged for as indicated in Section 4. The EC or <br /> designee shall meet the responding agencies and direct them to the incident and stand by to assist with information and other <br /> resources. Note: Statutory anregulatory release reporting requirements may necessitate notification of off-site emergency <br /> response officials even if no assistance is needed. <br /> 3.
