ORDINANCE NO 1275 <br /> PAGE NO 25 <br /> user will provide such additional pretreatment and/or operation <br /> and maintenance The completion date in this schedule shall <br /> not be later than the compliance date established for the <br /> applicable pretreatment standard A compliance schedule <br /> pursuant to this section must meet the requirements set out in <br /> Section 13 020 060 (b) (2) of this ordinance <br /> (viii) Signature and Certification —All baseline monitoring reports <br /> must be signed and certified in accordance with Section <br /> 13 020 060 (b) of this ordinance <br /> (2) Compliance Reports -Any person discharging industrial waste to the <br /> water pollution control system may be required to submit a report <br /> demonstrating compliance with this Waste Ordinance and any applicable <br /> industrial discharge permit to the Assistant Director of Public Works This <br /> report shall be submitted, at a minimum, semi-annually and as specified in the <br /> person's industrial discharge permit <br /> In cases of known or suspected noncompliance the Assistant Director of <br /> Public Works may require additional and more frequent compliance reporting <br /> All categorical users shall submit a report demonstrating compliance with the <br /> applicable National Categorical Standards within 90 days following the date <br /> for final compliance with those Standards <br /> (i)AII significant industrial users shall, at a frequency determined by <br /> the Assistant Director of Public Works, but in no case less than <br /> twice per year (in June and December), submit a report indicating <br /> the nature and concentration of pollutants in the discharge, and the <br /> measured or estimated average and maximum daily flow for the <br /> reporting period Categorical industry compliance reports shall <br /> include pollutants regulated by the applicable pretreatment <br /> standard Non-categorical significant industry compliance reports <br /> shall include the pollutants identified the user's industrial discharge <br /> permit All periodic compliance reports must be signed and <br /> certified in accordance with Section 13 020 060 (b) of this <br /> ordinance <br /> (ii)AII wastewater samples must be representative of the user's <br /> discharge Wastewater monitoring and flow measurement facilities <br /> shall be property operated, kept clean, and maintained in good <br /> working order at all times The failure of user to keep its <br /> monitoring facility in good working order shall not be grounds for <br /> the user to claim that sample results are unrepresentative of its <br /> discharge <br /> (iii)If a user subject to the reporting requirement in this section <br /> monitors any pollutant more frequently than required by the <br />
