I . SUMMARY <br /> Mattison & Shi=dler retained Blymyer, Engineers., Inc . (BEI) to <br /> conduct, an Environmental Site As-ses.sment (ESA) and Structure <br /> Inspection (SI ) of a Diamond Lumber Retail Store , located at 120 <br /> East Lockeford Street ,, Lodi , California . The 'ESA consisted of <br /> site and surrounding land use inspection, historical background <br /> research , and regulatory authority inquiry . The results of the <br /> ESA' indicate that the only concerns are regarding oil staining in <br /> the, drum storage area which ,should be . removed and asbestos.- <br /> containing building materials . in :'the ceiling in the showroom , <br /> which should . be monitored . <br /> In ad'dition , a structure inspection was conducted on this site to- <br /> look -for obvious signs of distress in ;any of the buildings .
