VI . RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> BEI ' s physical inspection and regulatory agency review have <br /> revealed three areas of- concern . The structures of the buildings <br /> on the main— parcel appear to have been modified . The <br /> modifications should be studied .- by ,. a structuralengineer to <br /> ensure that the buildings are capable . of their present uses'. 'In <br /> add°i tion , waste oil staining was observed in the drum storage <br /> area and should be removed . Also , asbestos containing building <br /> materials were identified in the ceiling materials of the <br /> office . The ceiling should be monitored and ' repaired by a <br /> qualified contractor., should damage occur . Only qualified <br /> contractors should be allowed to puncture , penetrate , or drill <br /> through the material .
