CONCLUSIONS <br /> .Based upon the above--mentioned observations , BEI concludes the <br /> following : <br /> o The site is located in a commercial and residential area of <br /> Lodi , California . <br /> o Both- parcels have been lumber yards 'since 19.25 . <br /> o The facility had underground fuel tanks on this site which <br /> were removed in 1985 . Samples taken around the tanks <br /> indicate no contamination . <br /> o Four samples of suspected asbestos--containing building <br /> materials (ACBM '.$) were taken and analyzed . Asbestos <br /> was detected in' onl sample taken from material <br /> y one sp in the <br /> office . <br /> o No facilities within 1/4-mile 'of the subject property <br /> have experienced unauthorized releases of hazardous <br /> materials . <br /> o Oil stains exist in the drum storage area of the <br /> ' facility . <br /> o There are minor structural concerns with some of the <br /> buildings on site . <br /> a <br /> 4 <br /> '� 0 <br />
