Ms Lagorio stated that the temperature
was adequate. Ms. Lagorio arrived shortly after the christy boxes were opened, and observed that
the pavement near monitoring well MW1 was wet, and presumed that this well had been purged.
' The SRK representative stated that precipitation runoff had accumulated in the christy box
surrounding the casing. Approximately 112-gallon of water was purged from above the locking
well cap, and poured on the pavement adjacent to the monitoring well. The seal on the locking
' cap, and the concrete seal surrounding the casing appeared to be in good condition. It did not
appear that the accumulated water above the well cap had infiltrated into the well.
1
7-0 SUMMARY OF FINDINGS
' No indications ofet
p roieum hydrocarbon contamination were encountered during the
' groundwater sampling event. No petroleum odors or an iridescent sheen were observed during
the purging or sampling of the three monitoring wells. Laboratory analyses of the groundwater
samples did not detect the presence of Volatile Hydrocarbons or any of the constituents of
' BTEX. Slightly elevated levels of lead were detected in each of the three monitoring wells. Lead
concentrations include 33 ppb in the groundwater sample collected from MW1, 260 ppb in MW2,
and 93 ppb in MW3.
n7a7v77. Steffen Robertson and Kinten
