Lockeford Street in the City,' of ':Lodi (APN 037-100-06-2) ori <br /> the north side of the apex of Holly Drive , and North Hutchins <br /> Street, has been reviewed by San !;Joaquin County Public "Health <br /> services, Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD) . The ,'plan is a <br /> proposal for mitigation of hazardous` substances which contaminated , <br /> the site due to unauthorized releases associated with underground € <br /> storage tanks (UST) which were located !on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health services, Environmental 'Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made 'a '` tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local,;; State and I <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the I <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of' the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Lodi Public Library, 201 W. Locust Street, and PHS/EHD, 4451NSan � <br /> Joaquin Street, Stockton, California, during normal working hours,' 3. <br /> 8: 00 a.m. - 5: 00 p.m. If a written request by any member :'of the <br /> public for a public hearing is not received by PHS/EHD by April 6 <br /> 1992 the tentative decision shall become final on that date and <br /> time.
