V� <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE Or FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 429 W. Lockeford Street in the City of Lodi (APN 037--100-06-2) on <br /> the north side of the apex of Molly Drive , and North Hutchins <br /> Street, has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD) . The plan is a <br /> proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated <br /> the site due to unauthorized releases associated with underground <br /> storage tanks (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Overnight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliande with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefita to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public revied at the <br /> Lodi Public Library, 201 W. Locust Street, and PHS/EHD, 445 N. San <br /> Joaquin Street, Stockton, California, during normal working hours, <br /> 8: 0o a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If a written request by any member of the <br /> public for a public hearing is not received by PHS/EHD by April 6, <br /> 1992 the tentative decision shall become final on that date and <br /> time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P.O. BOX 2009, Stockton, 95201.
