One additional MW west <br /> f of MW-8 is required to further define the groundwater contamination limits and air sparge well(s) <br />' are needed to implement the proposed Remedial Action Plan. <br /> Due to the City of Lodi's (COL) proposed plan to widen the Lower Sacramento Road near MW-5, <br /> you will be required to destroy and replace the well under PHSIEHD and COL permits (see i <br /> enclosed COL letter dated March 22, 2000). <br /> Please submit permits applications and fees to destroy and install wells by April 28, 2000.
