To complete an 8-hour dual phase (ground water and vapor extraction) pilot test on existing <br /> on-site MW-3 utilizing a portable trailer mounted system. <br /> ' 2. To collect vapor and ground water samples for analysis from MW-3 during the pilot test. <br /> 3. To monitor vacuum during the test from existing MW-4 and MW-10 to determine lateral <br /> influence. <br /> i 4. The data collected during the test will be used to evaluate the feasibility of removing/reducing <br /> li the adsorbed and dissolved hydrocarbon contamination from the contaminated area. <br /> 5. To store the extracted ground water in an existing on-site above ground tank, profile the <br /> waste, and obtain approval prior to disposal. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. A report of findings with recommendations will be prepared and submitted to EHD and <br /> CVRWQCB for review and comment within 8 weeks of receiving all analytical results. <br /> -2. EHD can not approve any full-scale corrective action using dual phase extraction until the test <br /> data is evaluated. <br /> 3.
