Based on the analytical results indicating no soil and groundwater contamination at the areas sampled on the subject Property, it is NWE's opinion that no additional investigative or remedial actions are warranted at this site. LIMITATIONS The conclusions presented in this report are-professional opinions based solely upon the Scope of Services described in this report. They are intended exclusively for the use of Fry Properties, Incorporated, or its designated agents, successors, affiliates, or assigns. The Scope of Services performed in the execution of this investigation may not be appropriate to satisfy the needs of other users, and any re-use of this document or the findings, conclusions, or recommendations presented.herein is at the sole risk of said user. It should be recognized that this study was not intended to be a definitive investigation of contamination at the subject Property: Given that the Scope of Ser-ices f6r-this investigation was limited and that additional-exploratory borings-were not-drilled; it is possible that currently unrecognized contamination may exist at the site. Services performed by NWE were conducted in a manner consistent Fvith that of the same care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of the same profession currently practicing in the same locality under the same conditions. It is important to recognize that even the most comprehensive scope.of services may fail to detect environmental liabilities on a particular site. Therefore.,NW3'. cannot act. as insurers and cannot "certify" that a site is free of additional environmental contamination or that other, currently unrecognized; environmental contamination does not exist at a site.
