Main Street, Manteca, California. Property owner Paul Fry <br /> complied with all UST closure plan requirements specified at that time. <br /> An "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release (Leak)/Contaminated Site Report" <br /> was not filed for this site nor was it considered contaminated.
