However, if you find site <br /> closure certification is necessary, PHS/EHD would not be able to provide it without further <br /> site investigation. <br /> Should you wish to further investigate your facility, PHS/EHD has been designated by the <br /> State of California Water Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing the <br /> investigation of leaking UST's.
