The Site was previously vacant. <br /> r • There are no known environmental issues related to the Site; <br /> Ms.Cloud was unaware of any major spills of petroleum products that may have occurred <br /> at the Site. <br /> Ms. Cloud had no knowledge of any threatened or past: <br /> r <br /> • Litigation relevant to hazardous substances or petroleum products in,on, or from the <br /> Site; <br /> r <br /> • Administrative proceedings relevant to hazardous substances or petroleum products in, <br /> r on, or from the Site; or <br /> • Notices from any governmental entity regarding any possible violation of <br /> ., environmental laws or possible liability relating to hazardous substances or petroleum <br /> products. <br /> r 4.12.2 Fire Department <br /> SECOR contacted the Manteca Fire Department about records of underground storage <br /> tanks or hazardous materials incidents related to the Site. The Fire Department had no <br /> records of UST permits issued to the Site or any record of significant spills or response <br /> calls with respect to the Site. Further,Mr.Ron Waddle,Fire Chief and a member of the <br /> Department for 32 years,stated that no other businesses had occupied the Site prior to the <br /> construction of the current structure. <br /> 4.12.3 Local Agencies <br /> SECOR contacted the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services and the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services-Environmental Health Division to review records <br /> on file regarding UST/AST permits for the Site. Neither of these agencies had any record <br /> ` of permits for USTs nor ASTs issued to the Site. <br /> ` SECOR also requested to review any documents on file related to emergency responses for <br /> spills or hazardous releases at the Site.
