HAZARD COMMUNICATION PROGRAM <br /> Our Hazard Communication Program is designed to comply with OSHA and Cal OSHA <br /> regulations. <br /> LIST Of MATERIAL <br /> A list of all hazardous materials will be maintained in each store office. <br /> MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS <br /> I. No hazardous materials or chemical substances shall be permitted in our workplace or <br /> on job sites until a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)is available. <br /> 2. All contractors, vendors, manufacturers or suppliers must provide a Material Safety <br /> Data Sheet for any material or chemical substance as a condition of purchase for their <br /> new product or services. <br /> 3. Material Safety Data Sheets will be kept in a well labeled binder in the office and be <br /> accessible to all employees. <br /> WARNING LABELS <br /> 1. Manufacturers,importers and distributors must label each container of <br /> hazardous substance with the following information: <br /> a. The identification of the hazardous substance <br /> b. Appropriate hazard warnings <br /> c. Name and address of the manufacturer or other responsible party. <br /> 2. Managers and other persons responsible for materials in our workplace shall <br /> not accept any containers not marked as noted in 1. <br /> 3. Labels on incoming containers of hazardous substance shall not be removed <br /> or defaced. Damaged labels or containers that are defaced shall be <br /> immediately marked with the required information before being put into use <br /> or placed into storage. <br /> 4.
