0 I <br /> Main Street Investors/Villas de Amistad Page 2 of 2 <br /> 601 East Main Street March 11, 2014 <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> • Analyze soil gas samples for TPH-g, BTEX, MTBE, ETBE, TAME, DIPE, TBA, EDB, <br /> 1,2-DCA and IPA by EPA Compendium Method TO-15; and naphthalene, TPH-d and <br /> TPH-mo by EPA Compendium Method TO-17. i <br /> The EHD approves the work plan with these conditions: <br /> • Postpone collecting soil gas samples within five days of a significant rainfall event of a <br /> half inch or greater and during the passage of a frontal system; <br /> • Quantify all detections of the leak check compound at or below the reporting limit of the <br /> target analytes rather than at an arbitrary detection limit determined by the laboratory, <br /> such as 10 micrograms per liter (Ng/L).
