REPORT PREPARATION <br /> Upon completion of field work and receipt of final laboratory analysis, a report will be prepared <br /> presenting the findings of the investigation. The report will include a description of the work <br /> performed and the results of the sampling and analysis. Also, conclusions and applicable <br /> recommendations will be included in the report. The report will be in a format acceptable to the <br /> SJCEHD and CVRWQCB,and will be reviewed and signed by a California Professional Geologist. <br /> 4.0. FIELD PROCEDURES <br /> All field procedures will be overseen by an AGE representative under the supervision ofa California <br /> Professional Geologist. Procedures for advancement of soil borings,collection of soil and ground <br /> water samples, sample analysis review and equipment decontamination are outlined below. <br /> 4I.
