If additional laboratory samples are deemed necessary, while <br /> work is in progress,the property owner will be contacted for permission prior to incurring <br /> the cost. <br /> The above proposed assessment work was based on the specific details described by the <br /> client and information available from the tank removal contractor. This scope of work has <br /> been limited to soil borings to reduce cost while determining if additional assessment is <br /> necessay_ Thera is the-possibility that-evec-kith proper applicaron of the above <br /> methodologies, there may exist on the subject property conditions that will not be <br /> identified within the scope of this assessme t or which may not be reasonably identifiable <br /> from the available information. The methodologies included in this proposal arc not <br /> intended to produce all inclusive or comprehensive results, but rather to provide the client <br /> with information regarding apparent puspicions of existing and potential adverse <br /> environmental conditions relating to the subject property. <br /> A 25% deposit will be required before work begins. A separate check, made out to San <br /> Joaquin County EHD, will be needed at the time of submittal of the work plan to cover <br /> 1 e permit fees. The balance due will be required at the time of delivery of the report <br /> (C.O.D.).
