A 30 gallon and 55 gallo cardboard drum of polycarbonate resin were observed in the old wood <br /> shop. A small rusted metal c n of calcium carbide was observed in a flammables locker in room SC4. <br /> No hazardous waste determi ation has been made for these wastes. Any person who generates a <br /> waste shall determine if the Ste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous waste <br /> determination for these wast , and manage them according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. <br /> Submit a statement and supp rting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by May 9, <br /> 2014. REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> 122 & 705. Manifest number 07335808JJK (1/25/13) was not found on site. Hazardous waste <br /> generators shall retain copies of all manifests for three years or until a copy signed off by the destination <br /> facility is received. The signeoff copy shall be retained and made readily available for review for three <br /> years. If the generator did no receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signature of the owner <br /> or operator of the facility to w ich the generator's waste was submitted within 60 days of the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the in tial transporter, the generator shall submit a legible copy of the missing <br /> manifest, with some indicatior that the generator has not received confirmation of delivery.
