(Cambria) is <br /> submitting this work plan addendum on behalf of Equilon Enterprises,LLC(Equilon)for a subsurface <br /> investi'ation at the site referenced above. This addendum covers work in addition to that outlined in <br /> Cambria's Investigation Work Plan Addendum#3 dated June 30, 1998- <br /> The <br /> 0, 1998_The scope of this addendum includes additional reporting,a conduit survey,a well survey,procurement <br /> 1 of access aggareements with nearby property owners,additional analytical work,an analysis of historical <br /> around water depth, a change in the proposed location of cone penetrometer testing (CPT) boring <br /> locations, tank and piping system inspection and tighmess testing,and other issues. All work will be <br /> performed in a prompt and timely manner under the supervision of San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services(SJCPHS)staff. A detailed description of each of these tasks follows: <br /> CAMIRIA Additional Reporting. Cambria will tabulate the historical ground water analytical data from the well <br /> installation and the quarterly monitoring events on a single table in chronological order.
