(Cambria) is <br /> submitting this ground water monitoring report in accordance with the reporting requirements of <br /> 23 CCR 2652d. <br /> FOURTH QUARTER 1999 ACTIVITIES <br /> Ground Water Monitoring: Blaine Tech Services, Inc. (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged <br /> and sampled all wells and compiled the gasoline constituents data. Cambria compiled the <br /> additional constituents analytical data (Tables 1 and 2) and prepared a ground water elevation <br /> contour map (Figure 1). The Blaine report, presenting the laboratory report and supporting field <br /> notes, is included as Attachment A. <br /> Oakland, CA Interim Ground Water Remediation: Blaine began weekly purging of onsite monitoring <br /> well <br /> Sonoma, CA MW-1 on November 10, 1998, and onsite extraction well EW-1 on March 11, 1999. Cambria <br /> Portland, OR compiled the number of gallons removed and the analytical data on Table 1 and the oxygenate <br /> Seattle, WA compounds analytical data on Table 2. <br /> Cambria Ground Water Remediation: Cambria designed and installed a ground water extraction (GWE) <br /> Fnvirnnmon4al <br /> Technology, Inc. and treatment system.
