C + <br /> CAAABRIA -1 � <br /> June 18, 1999 <br /> Mr Ron Rowe ~ <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, 3rd Floor <br /> Stockton, California 95201-0388 <br /> Re First Quarter 1999 Monitoring Report <br /> Shell-branded Service Station <br /> 341 East Main Street <br /> Ripon, California <br /> Incident#98995874 <br /> Cambria Project#241-0324-002 <br /> Dear Mr Rowe <br /> On behalf of Equiva Services LLC, Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc (Cambria) is <br /> submitting this ground water monitoring report in accordance with the reporting requirements of <br /> 23 CCR 2652d <br /> FIRST QUARTER 1999 ACTIVITIES <br /> Ground Water Monitoring- Blaine Tech Services, Inc (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged <br /> and sampled all wells As requested by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> (SJCPHS), the ground water samples were analyzed for ethylene dibromide and 1, 2- <br /> dichloroethane by EPA Method 8010, and oxygenates by EPA Method 8260, in addition to the <br /> existing analytes Cambria compiled the additional constituents analytical data (Tables 1 and 2) <br /> and prepared a ground water map (Figure 1) The Blaine report, presenting the laboratory report <br /> and supporting field notes, is included as Attachment A <br /> Ground Water Monitoring and Extraction Well Installations Cambria supervised the <br /> Oakland CA <br /> Sonoma CA installation of two ground water monitoring wells and two ground water extraction wells on <br /> Portland on February 23 through 26, 1999 Blaine developed and sampled all four wells on March 11, 1999 <br /> Seattle WA Details of the well installations were presented in Cambria's April 16, 1999 Monitoring Well and <br /> Cambria CPT Investigation Report <br /> Environmental <br /> Technology, Inc Ground Water Remeduxtion• Blaine began weekly purging of onsite monitoring well MW-1 on <br /> l <br /> November 10, 1998, and onsite extraction well EW-1 on March 11, 1999 Cambria compiled the <br /> Suitee B 4 65tH street number of gallons removed and analytical data on Table 2 <br /> S <br /> Oakland CA 94606 <br /> Tel (510) 420-0700 <br /> Fax (510) 420-9170 <br />
