This can be accomplished by installing soil <br /> borings through and -around the former tank pit cavity. Once the <br /> full extent of the contamination is known, a determination can be <br /> made as to the need for future remediation or for closure . <br /> Therefore, by March 15, 1995, .please submit a workplan to.
