t
I
CAMBRIA
141 North El Dorado, Stockton:'`.This site is a former 'Shell service station -which has now j
been redeveloped as a pedestrian plaza as part of the City of Stockton redevelopment. All
site monitoring wells were destroyed as part the redevelopment process. Remediation has
been performed at this.site and groundwater concentration data suggests the Shell case should
be closed. Although MTBE has been detected in monitoring wells at the site, there is good
evidence that the MTBE is from an offsite source. Therefore, we would like to discuss what
steps, if any, are necessary to achieve closure.
420 West Kettleman Lane, Lodi. We recently completed site investigation activities at this
site and are currently preparing the site investigation report. Investigation results show that
the release has been limited to the soil only and groundwater has not been impacted. A well
survey has not been performed for this site, although we are aware of a City of Lodi
municipal well located at the southwest corner of the site. Due to the proximity of this well,
the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board has become actively involved with
the site. We would like to establish exactly what steps are necessary to achieve closure at
this site.
If you have any questions regarding this document, please call.
i
Sincerely,
Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc.
Joe W.
