- k
C A M B R I A
6131 Pacific Avenue, Stockton:' This site is an operating Shell-branded service station where
we are currently pursuing access agreements for offsite well locations. We have .performed
the onsite portion of the .current site investigation but have been delayed with access
agreement issues. We have not completed plume assessment yet, but may have it delineated
after this phase of investigation is complete. We plan to perform a sensitive-receptor survey
at this site during the fourth quarter of 2001.
i
880 Victor Road, Lodi: This is a closed Shell service station that needs further site
assessment. We submitted a work plan for further site assessment on July 3, 2000 and have
not yet received approval or comments back from SJCPHS. Cambria conducted a Phase I
investigation for Equiva at this site during May 1999, which included a well survey. A copy
of this document will be brought to the June 19, 2001 meeting and given to SJCPHS.
4315 Waterloo Road Stockton: This is an operating Shell-branded service station that has
P g
one monitoring well. This well has contained low levels of MTBE. Recently the product
piping-was replaced at this site and Cambria conducted soil sampling as directed by SJCPHS.
Cambria is currently preparing a report that documents these soil sampling activities. We
plan to perform a sensitive receptor survey at this site during the fourth quarter of 2001.
1313 East Charter Way, Stockton: This is a former Shell service station; now a vacant lot.
The site was demolished and underground tanks were removed during April 1999. The work
plan we submitted on May 25, 2001 for further investigation was approved via fax from
Jeffrey Wong on June 4, 2001. Cambria conducted a Phase I investigation for Equiva at this
site during June 1999, which included a well survey. A copy of this document will be brought
to the June 19, 2001 meeting and given to SJCPHS.
I
440 West Charter Way, Stockton: This site is a former Texaco service station, which is now
independently operated as a United Gas service station. During our most recent site
investigation we identified petroleum hydrocarbons in groundwater that appear to have
extended vertically to deeper sediments beneath the site. The site investigation report we
issued for this investigation was followed by our March 28, 2001 work plan for additional site
assessment. We have not yet received work plan approval or comments from SJCPHS.
Sensitive receptor information for the vicinity of this site has been obtained and will be
reported with the next site investigation report issued for this site.
