- k <br /> C A M B R I A <br /> 6131 Pacific Avenue, Stockton:' This site is an operating Shell-branded service station where <br /> we are currently pursuing access agreements for offsite well locations. We have .performed <br /> the onsite portion of the .current site investigation but have been delayed with access <br /> agreement issues. We have not completed plume assessment yet, but may have it delineated <br /> after this phase of investigation is complete. We plan to perform a sensitive-receptor survey <br /> at this site during the fourth quarter of 2001. <br /> i <br /> 880 Victor Road, Lodi: This is a closed Shell service station that needs further site <br /> assessment. We submitted a work plan for further site assessment on July 3, 2000 and have <br /> not yet received approval or comments back from SJCPHS. Cambria conducted a Phase I <br /> investigation for Equiva at this site during May 1999, which included a well survey. A copy <br /> of this document will be brought to the June 19, 2001 meeting and given to SJCPHS. <br /> 4315 Waterloo Road Stockton: This is an operating Shell-branded service station that has <br /> P g <br /> one monitoring well. This well has contained low levels of MTBE. Recently the product <br /> piping-was replaced at this site and Cambria conducted soil sampling as directed by SJCPHS. <br /> Cambria is currently preparing a report that documents these soil sampling activities. We <br /> plan to perform a sensitive receptor survey at this site during the fourth quarter of 2001. <br /> 1313 East Charter Way, Stockton: This is a former Shell service station; now a vacant lot. <br /> The site was demolished and underground tanks were removed during April 1999. The work <br /> plan we submitted on May 25, 2001 for further investigation was approved via fax from <br /> Jeffrey Wong on June 4, 2001. Cambria conducted a Phase I investigation for Equiva at this <br /> site during June 1999, which included a well survey. A copy of this document will be brought <br /> to the June 19, 2001 meeting and given to SJCPHS. <br /> I <br /> 440 West Charter Way, Stockton: This site is a former Texaco service station, which is now <br /> independently operated as a United Gas service station. During our most recent site <br /> investigation we identified petroleum hydrocarbons in groundwater that appear to have <br /> extended vertically to deeper sediments beneath the site. The site investigation report we <br /> issued for this investigation was followed by our March 28, 2001 work plan for additional site <br /> assessment. We have not yet received work plan approval or comments from SJCPHS. <br /> Sensitive receptor information for the vicinity of this site has been obtained and will be <br /> reported with the next site investigation report issued for this site. <br />
