Geological rechaics Inc <br /> ' 1101 Th street <br /> Modesto,California 95354 <br /> (209)522-4119/Fax(209)522-4227 <br /> 1 REPORT <br /> Groundwater Monitoring <br /> 2"d Quarter 2002 <br />' Marci Property <br /> 2969 Loomis Road <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> Project No 770 2 <br /> October 15, 2002 <br /> EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> The site's eleven groundwater monitoring wells are sounded and sampled on a quarterly <br /> schedule This report summarizes the 2nd Quarter 2002 groundwater monitoring event <br />' completed on June 7, 2002 <br /> Four additional monitoring wells were installed at the site on May 8 — 9, 2002 Two of the <br />' wells were screened across the water table (MW-7 & MW-8) and two wells were installed <br /> with deep short screened intervals (MW-104 & MW-106) This was the first monitoring <br /> event to include the new wells <br /> 1 <br /> The analytical results from groundwater samples indicate that diesel range petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons are present in six of the site's eleven wellsJ-WellMW-5 contained 1,130 µg11 <br />' diesel and this is a significant drop from the March 2002 high of 16,800 lag/l TPH-D The <br /> concentrations detected in this well had previously exhibited an increasing trend since the <br /> start of the monitoring program <br /> Oxidation-Reduction Potential measurements show that seven of the site's eleven <br />' monitoring wells are within the reaction depleted water caused by biodegradation of the <br /> contamination plume <br />
