The soil was stockpiled onsite, sampled, and profiled for disposal (the laboratory <br /> report is included as Appendix B). On September 1, 2004, Manley and Sons Trucking, Inc. of <br /> Sacramento, California transported the soil to Allied Waste Industries' Forward Landfill in <br /> Manteca, California for disposal. The purge water was temporarily stored onsite in a 55-gallon <br /> drum.
