e <br /> CAMBRIA <br /> Then the wellhead vault boxes for wells MW-1 through MW-3 were removed, an area measuring <br /> 22 inches in diameter and approximately 3 feet below grade (fbg) was excavated, the casings <br /> were cut to a depth of approximately 2.5 fbg, and the remaining holes were backfilled with <br /> concrete to grade. <br /> Soil and Water Purge g a er Disposal <br /> Approximately 3 cubic yards of soil and 30 gallons of purge water were generated during field <br /> activities. The soil was stockpiled onsite, sampled, and profiled for disposal (the laboratory <br /> report is included as Appendix B). On September 1, 2004, Manley and Sons Trucking, Inc. of <br /> Sacramento, California transported the soil to Allied Waste Industries' Forward Landfill in <br /> Manteca, California for disposal. The purge water was temporarily stored onsite in a 55-gallon <br /> drum.
