We made . the decision to remove the existing . <br /> unde'rground ,fuel tanks and to install an above ground. Con <br /> Vault tank. We hired Semco . Company, 431 W. Hatch Road, <br /> Modesto, Ca. , 95351 to remove the two- 500 gallon fuel tanks': <br /> This was done-October 30, 1990 and completed in January 1991 ... <br /> Both tanks and all dirt was .removed and hauled away by Semco . <br /> New fill was put in the .hole; compacted and concrete -was put . <br /> on top. This was done after all inspections were -completed. . <br /> Manteca- Equipment Rental property is 100 feet wide, <br /> including the building and pump. This leaves only 35 feet <br /> for entering and leaving- the property. This*made it <br /> imperative' that the .job be completed as quickly as possible', <br /> so our business could continue. I 'm sure that the slight <br /> contamination we had was corrected seven ( 7) years ago. <br /> Therefore)- we do not have a plan since the . problem was <br /> fixed. <br /> I am enclosing copies of all paper work on this <br /> property for yoir.information.
