January 24 1997-Ron Rowe, REHS, observed closure in place (cement slurry fill of UGT) <br /> of UGT#3 and piping. <br /> April 29, 1997-PHS/EHD approved workplan submitted by IT Corp. to investigate lateral <br /> and vertical extent of contamination in area of UST's#4,5,7,8,9. <br /> July 10, 1997-Steve Sasson, REHS, observed boring sampling at site in area of UST's <br /> #4,5,7,8,9;no signs of contamination observed. <br /> January 22, 1997-Soil manifests on file for 317 tons of diesel contaminated soil removed <br /> from site to Forward Landfill. <br /> March 13, 1998 Carol Oz, RENS, reviewed the Preliminary Site Assessment Report. All <br /> boring soil sample results were non-detect for the area of UST's #4,5,7,8,9.
